    I removed all my codecs cuz I was having problems with OGM files, anyway .ogm files worked for a while and .avi, .mpg, etc. diddn't work. Now even .ogm files arn't working & I diddn't even do anything besides install more codecs.

    I installed like every codec on this place and still no file run. Did I remove something really valuable?

    What player are you trying to play with? What windows you're using? Windows Media Player 8/9 doesn't play OGM unless you install something else. Uninstall all your codecs since you only need one filter to play OGM and that is OGGDS0995.exe, and maybe codec for Xvid if you're playing that type of file. Try playing it with Windows Media Classic 6.4 something or Bplayer or Zoom. You don't need that many codec/filter to play OGM!

    I don't have problems with just OGM files anymore, its every video file.


    I use Windows Media Classic 6.4 mostly but I also have the new version, Zoom, BSplayer, etc. None of my videos still work.
