  1. what do i burn this file as svcd or xsvcd the resolution is 480*480 mpeg2 23.967fps CBR 2100 is this xsvcd or svcd cuz i just read that because of the high birthrate it cant be burnt as svcd and has to be burnt as xsvcd is this rite if it is whats the best software to xsvcd

  3. i just found out that the max cbr for svcd are 2778 and anything over with resolutions of 480*480 are xsvcd thanxs fr all ure help

    includes VBR as well.... that number just refers to the total bitrate (audio+video)

  5. Most DVD players use the same MPEG2 chip to decode MPEG from a DVD and from a SVCD, so you should be able to go well over 2778 combined bitrate.
