    I need to convert a pal svcd i have to ntsc svcd due to pal svcds not working on my player. I have tried tmpeg but that doesn't support svcds, is there any other way to do it because i'm need to convert it asap.

    Any help appreciated

    tmpgenc supports svcd perfectly well ..

    is the source film or video ?

    i have tried directly off the svcd and extracting an avi with iso buster and it says the file cannont open or is un supported.
