    I captured a 40 minute video in 640 x 576 on vdub. The capture did not drop any frames, but when I clicked to end the capture it dropped 3 frames..why did it do so ? And most importantly could I have avoided it ?
    I know 3 frames won't make any difference, but still.....I'm curious

    Sometimes just moving the mouse can use up a few compute cycles, try just hitting the ESC key to stop capturing.
