The VCD-Header trick!!!!!!! problem..

hi all! well I did exactly what the instrucition says but it still wont work on my dvd player... it should though... i've waisted 5cd's expereminnnttngg! but it still wouldn't could da problem be that when i burn? Cuz i use NTI CD-Maker 6 to burn it to SVCD... and it plays ok on my laptop after but it wont play on da dvd player... Da instruction on da site didn't sayanything bout how to burn it... DOES IT have to be burned as or in VCD? and NOT SVCD? cuz i've tried burning it as VCD da first time and it didn't work... it wont let me burn it cuz it says that the file is not MPEG1 ...

ANy help would be greatly appreciated!

It has to be burned as VCD. If you use nero you can tell it to ignore the fact that its not mpeg1, not sure about nti software though.
