Hi,
I'm using iuVCR (4.7.285, the newest version) for capturing on my WinXP system, but after 27 minutes iuVCR stops capturing. It doesn't matter which codec I use or if I do a scheduled capture or a manual capture. I don't have dropped frames or another problem. The capture is just fine only too short.
If I use for example VirtualVCR I don't have this problem.
I hope someone can help me
Thanks

Does it stop at a certain file size every time or does it stop at 27mins each time with different compression codec?
Being shareware is there any support from ivan? -
Hi, Thanks for your reply
No, IuVCR just stops after 27 minutes. It doesn't matter if the size is 5 Gb or 15 Gb. It also doesn't matter which codec I use. I don't use the max file time or max file size options.
Ivan doesn't have any support on his website -
For anybody who is interested, I solved the problem.
I just deleted the whole IuVCR registry entry (HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ivus) and reinstalled IuVCR.
I guess somehow there was a registry entry that maximised the capaturing at 27 minutes and IuVCR didn't show that entry in a setting in the file tab.
