I've got a problem with svcds that I burn from bin/cues made by CopyDvd. I put them in my standalone Phillips (DVDQ35) and the sound and video stutters.
I don't have this problem when I put the DVD in my computer's dvd player.
I don't have this problem with burns I make of others' bin/cue files. Those SVCDs and VCDs play just fine in it.
I figure it's got to be a settings issue. Here are the default settings of CopyDVD (in case you don't know them) that I don't know enough to change:
Video Bitrate - 2376
Frame Rate - 23.976 (NTSC)
Audio Bitrate - 224
Aspect - Letterbox
iDCT - Best quality
Detect progressive NTSC is checked
Audio Video - 480 x 480
Quality - Medium
CopyDVD (and DVD2SVCD, for that matter) has trouble recognizing my drive, so I just go ahead and use Alcohol to burn from the bin/cues. I have tried both my regular max burn speed of 16x and have taken it down to 4x but got the same result.
Where am I going wrong?
Thanks for your help.
