Hi All,
I'm trying to capture VHS for the 1st time using a DC30+ capture card and Pinnacle MiroVideo software. When I'm viewing the video with Mirovideo under the "Settings" or "Recording" tab I hear no audio although the video is fine and the "audio level" meters show audio's coming in. When I go to playback the resulting .avi using win media player 6 the audio plays fine. Anyone know why the audio won't play while viewing in Mirovideo? The maunual says the DC30 card must be set as the preffered audio output card via Control Panel\Sounds and Multimedia properties\Audio. Problem is my Soundblaster sound card is the only card available in the drop down list, the DC30 doesnt appear. The DC30 Does appear in device manager. Anyone know how I can get the DC30 To appear in the prefferred audio drop down list? I'm running Win2k w/SP3 and ver 1.42 drivers for the DC30. Thanks!
