    Anyone know of any cd-r's or cd-rw's that will work in a Samsung DVD 511. My mate gave me a copy of Down to earth that works, the disc are no name cheap one's that have silver dye. I have tried verbatim and samsung's own disc's but no joy.

    i think that the samsung 511 is not compatible with cdr.

    No copy will work.

    Hi i've just got myself a Samsung 511 DVD player and i am having the same problems. If you eventually find any disks that work please let me know and i'll do the same.
