Bin/Cue image with Nero Video Problems?

Hey Guys,
Hope someone can help? When I burn an image with Nero or Fireburner the video plays back only on the top half of my T.V.
Not sure if extracting the RAR file or the actual rar files need to be converted or something.
Does anybody else ever get this problem with aspect ratio? Should I convert the Bin/Cue to an mpeg maybe and set a new aspect ratio with Tmpgenc or another tool?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I Suggest you first check the movie in the Cue/Bin files to see if they are of
a standard that your DVD Player is capable of reading, it may have not even
been encoded properly or in standard.
