I have some problem with adobe premiere 6.5.
Well first of all the video stops for some seconds from time to time, like it have lost frames. I have tried to use differente codec's and stuff. Like when i encoded a tvshow to vcd mpeg-1 i was shitty as hell, like it lost frames all the time.
Second of all the audio get unsynced when i encode to mpeg-1 or 2, and i have no ide at all. Of course is the audio synced on the source.
Hope someone can help me out.

Premire uses a lot of resources. Turn off all background programs. What capture card are you using? Are you using Firewire or MJPEG card? Some info about your setup would help.
