MAking motion menu's

Hi ,

Iam trying to make motion menus with TSCV - but it doesnt seem to be able to start TMPEGEnc . It goes to that MenuMaker Movie menu - asks me to save the file and thats it . Is this a known bug - and is there something i can do about it ?
Till now all i did was that i copied all files in the same folder ( which didnt help ) . Actually sometimes it comes up with a message saying that it couldnt find C:\Program - thats why i thought it maybe couldnt find TmpegEnc ....

Help .... ?

Here the error message :
