  1. I created 2 svcd files with DVD2SCVD (audio & Video). Now I am trying to use VCDeasy to add chapters and a "intro part" and "Insert Disk II" but when I want to loaded my video file, VCDeasy give me a error msg "Unkown encoding frame rate: 24" Can anyone help me? If I have to change my frame rate, how can I do it? Thanks

It looks like DVD2SVCD encoded at the "NTSC film" framerate. Try unchecking "Perform some MPEG compliance checks" on the "Main" (S)VCD page. The error message will probably no longer appear, then burn and test your SVCD to make sure it plays properly.

If you made an SVCD MPEG at NTSCFilm you must set the 3:2 pulldown flag. Your player may or may not handle it without the flag, but it isn't a proper SVCD unless it's set. I don't know why DVD2SVCD wouldn't have taken care of that for you, but you can download pulldown.exe from the Tools section and use it to set the flag.
