I have bought myself a Sony Ericsson P800 mobile phone, this phone is capable of playing mpeg4 video clips with the mp4 extension.
I have found this software (mpegable)
http://www.mpegable.com/showPage.php?SITE=mpegable&PAGE=mpegablex4
which will convert video to the mp4 format which will play on the phone. I have also downloaded their vfw codec and can use vdub to encode to avi using this codec. The problem is that the P800 will only play MP4 files not AVI. Renaming the file to MP4 does not work.
Anyone got any suggestions on how I can use vdub to create an mp4 file using this codec.
