You have 2 options.
Option1: 90/99 minute cdrs that hold 800/870mb respectively in data terms.
Option2:mode2cdmaker obtainable at http://webs.ono.com/de_xt/
be warned however the reason audio and vcd fit more coz they have less error protection, data needs more error protection, so literally one scratch on your cd written in this method will probably corrupt any data on the disk!
I forgot option 3, dvd-r!!! -
Um, you wouldn't get MODE Form2 type capacity then...

Everything on a VCD is burnt in MODE2.
MODE2 has two forms, Form1 and Form2.
The video tracks are written in FORM2 sectors (i.e., more capacity, no ECC).
Additional files on the ISO filesystem (e.g., JPEG files) are written in FORM1 sectors (i.e., just like normal CD-ROM sectors with ECC).
