streaming mpeg=> VCD ??

hey ppl, i was wondering how u burn a streaming mpeg (i think thats wht they are caleld, u get the player saying eg. 256Kb/s).
cuz i have this beavis and butthead do america movie which is in this format, and nero doe'nt not convert it into vcd (.dat). wht do i do?? haalp !!

use vcd gear to reconvert the header in the mpeg file and then it should work....i dont think there is such thing as streaming mpeg....it might have been asf, wmv, rm, or avi....but it might not even be a streaming video format....it might just be a plain old mpeg file with errors in or without an mpeg header that nero will read correctly.
