Im trying to extract the audio from a movie but when I open it I get an imporoper VBR audio encoding error. So I checked the file information option and I get this info:

Frame size, fps: 576x304, 23.976 fps
    # of frames (time): 153252 (1:46:31)
    Decompressor: XviD MPEG-4 Codec

    Sampling rate: 48000Hz
    Channels: 2 (stereo)
    Sample Precision: 0-bit
    Compression: Unknown (tag 0055)

I tried to make an AC3 file using VirtualDub which works fine, but when I try and open it in HeadAC3he I get a “could not find AC3 header”

Now I also tried to just encode the file using TMPGEnc without extracting the audio but when I select the Audio file (Video file opens fine) I get an error saying File “D:\signs-xvid.avi” can not open , or unsupported.

Anyone know what I can do to fix these problems?
