    I have tried DVD MovieFactory but that just takes ages and only has a very simple menu system. I have encoded all video with TMPGEnc and just need to burn it to DVD with a menu. What is the best program?

    Try the DVDLab beta

    it supports many dvd features and you can make kinda advanced menus. The final release will soon also be released.

    Don't forget about DVD Menu Studio Pro, also from MediaChance. I bought it and I think it's great. Obviously you need to use it in conjunction with a full-blown DVD authoring app, to create a finished DVD title, and DVDlab is a promising new pretender for this.
