Ulead DVD Plug-in and SVCD

I can use the SVCD Menus with no problems with small files. When I made my proyect with biggers files I have this problem.
a) I Create a DV AVI File with MediaStudio
b) I Create a MPG File with TMPGENC 12h (much better encoding that with MS)
c) I export the last file to the DVD Plug-in
d) I can create entry frames for the menu before the 19:38:28. After that I get the "Error in reading frame number [35350]". I don't add more menu entry frames.
e) I go to the create VSCD bottom and when the program is searching access points in MPEG files I get the error "Unable to support chapter entries, because the source MPEG File does not have sequence header before each group of pictures"
The SVCD is not created.
Any help ?

The problem was with TMPGENC. Downloaded V12j and the problem is gone !!!
