Hi, I made an mpeg file, then made a vcd in toast titanium. The program burns a disk. I cant see it though on my dvd player and when I double click on the movie file I just see a white screen. In my sony dvd player is ask to insert the cd also when it's already in.
could you please help me?

Many older Sony players are notoriously bad at supporting CD-R and CD-RW playback. This is probably the issue.

My suggestion is to experiment with different brands of CD-R discs until you find one that works for you. CD-RW often works better in these circumstances.
