  1. As in, how do I get VCD files to play on a DVD, like burning them, I think you have to change the Audeo or something.

    Make sure the audio frequency is set at 48000Hz. Also, to be even more compliant, set the "frames per GOP" to 15 (PAL) or 18 (NTSC) depending on where you live.
