Ulead DVD Movie Factory Download & NeroVision Express Pr

Having major bad luck:

Purchased the download version of Ulead's DVD Movie Factory. After
download, I try to install and get message "please insert disk 1
Pft1c.tmp" Auto install will not install. I browse to this folder,
still will not install. I've downloaded this program 3 times today,
same error, will not install. Can anyone help?

I have NeroVision Express with mpge2 plug-in. When I try to create a
DVD, i immediately get this message when ready to burn - "unable to
prepare data for recording", prepare session failed internal error
(10)". Using HP 200i - no problems making SVCD with Nero Express.

Not having a good day off!

I don't know if this will help but did you also download the "extra components" of MF2?....http://www.ulead.com/dmf/esd.htm

try putting everything in the root of your C drive and installing from there
