  1. I can only capture with Sonic MyDVD since I have an Adaptec PCI
(AVC-2000). When I capture using the "Best" setting and try to burn to
DVD-R (Pioneer DVR-A05) I get an error ordering files:
"The Data Rate of this file is to high for DVD. You must replace the file with one of a lower Data Rate etc...." I assume it is talking about the bit
rate exceeding the limit of 9.8 mbps but I can't set it other than going down to the "Better" setting. Any suggestions? All I want to do for now is
move VHS and Hi8 tapes to DVD with highest quality considering the source.

  2. Is your video file larger than 4.5GB?If it is then it won't fit on a DVD.
I use MyDVD and I wish it had a bitrate setting instead of Good,Better and
    Best.

  3. The largest one is 1.5 gig. I'm really new to this. What do you use to edit movies you create.
