  1. Hey All,

I tried making a VCD. This is the weird thing. The VCD plays fine in my VCD player but when I go to play it on my pC using WinDVD and a couple other programs it doesn't want to play it right. My latest efforts got WinDVD to at least play it but later it crashed my machine:

    Windows 2000
    Plextor 24x10x40
    Used Nero Burning 5.5.40
    Captured using Pinnacle DV500
    Exported in Premiere 6.01

Let's see, I used the LSX-MPEG plug-in to export a high quality mpeg. Then I used TMPGEnc to encode it to VideoCD format. Works fine in my standalone DVD player but not on my PC.
