I have several MPEG2 streams that I want to append. I converted them in TMPGEnc as elementary video streams. I imported the first one into DVDMaestro and then Appended each one to it. I have WAV files associated with each MPEG2 stream and I created a sync audio track in the movie time line.
When I go to compile the movie, there is an error that says "File Not Found. Skip all unknown assets?" If I say NO, it brings up a dialog box to try to point to the missing file. But the file it says it's missing is two boxes together, i.e. just 2 special characters.
Has anyone seen this before? What should I do?

yes -- upgrade to latest version ..
you could make a new mpeg2 file also in maestro -- after you have made your new ac3 file (audio sync track) .. highlight all the mpeg streams and export as a new file and then bring this 1 file back in -- it will be still in sync with the sync track ..
remember of course to do any trims and such in maestro first and creating this new mpeg stream will preserve those edits .. -
Got it. Worked perfectly. Thanks! It saved me another day of frustration.
