audio sync problems

first of all i read all the .asf conversion topics. i have used asftools, and extracted the audio seperate with virtual dub. i even actually got it to load into TMPGEnc. but i can't solve the audio sync problems. any help would be greatly appreciated. no problem with picture quality it is actually really good. thanks in advance.

First, is the audio synch the same amount throughout the video? Solution.

Does it drift gradually becoming more pronounced as the video plays? Solution
