Leadtek WinFast TV2000 XP in Stereo?

Simple question, but I hear constantly conflicting answers:

Can this card do stereo from the tuner or not? I want to capture stereo audio when using the TV Tuner in whatever format. Will it let me?

I hear you have to connect it to the line in on the soundcard to get stereo sound... which is TOTALLY fine for just when I'm viewing. But it's RECORDING stereo that I am concerned about - because I want to burn to VCD.

hi m8 i have the delux version of the card and i can get stereo from the line input i use that for all the inputs i use it on the svideo / tuner and composit hope this help so you m8

It depends on which Leadtek Winfast TV2000 version you've got. If the MTS option is marked on the retail-box, you can view and capture TV in stereo. Otherwise it's mono.

If you connect a stereo-VCR or something else to the line-in you get stereo. But this has nothing to do with the tuner-card.
