Conversion Problem...

I have two dvd rip's I've had for a while and can't seem to convert. Though some of the more advanced int he scene could help...

1. Down to Earth : When I convert it to VCD it goes for ages and the movie is only intthe first about 30%, the file is way too big, though I'm not too bothered about this as I can cut out the black overrun after conversion.
However I seem to be getting no audio on this one...

2. Bad company : When I try to load it, I get the error message "Cannot load or unsupported.

I am using TMPGenc plus 2.58...Any idea's ?

I've solved the problem's with Down To Earth, cut the black over run out with the "MPEG tools" in TMPGenc, and am adding the audio with Virtualdub. Still need to figure out why TMPGenc won't accept Bad Company though , has anyone else recently had this error ?
