I used Ulead and capture it using all the required fields for VCD compliance (352x240, 1150,224/41000) and I increased the performance. I use Nero and bypass the encoding. The total time for the VCD will be 64 minutes or so. I play it in the JVC DVD player and it says its 74 minutes. I play the whole VCD and it plays wonderfully and looks much much better than realtime VCD capture. It actually is realtime but I increase the performance from 3 to 11. Thanks for the responses in advance. The audio and video are in perfect sync also.
