Scenarist Newbee Question

Hello,
I've perused the Scenarist manual (which is like reading another language, but less easy to understand) and the guide on Doom9.org on how to use Scenarist, but I can't get anything resembling anything.

Can someone please please please post or message me a step by step of a simple authoring process:
Two titles (I can get the titles to DVD ready audio and video, so you don't need to explain the encoding). One main menu screen with two buttons, one for each title. Each button opens another menu screen each with a play button for it's assigned title.

That's it. I think if I could get a start, I could work on the rest.
