    Downloaded the trial, used my already built (TMPG HIGH QUALITY ) MPEG, made menu, burned and works in all three machines !!!

    And checking the IFO file on the burned DVD +RW I see it is MPEG 2 video so no loss of quality...YIPPEE...Guess its gonna be worth the 24 bucks...

    I suggest you save your money and hold off. Read TMPGEnc forums for more info on ppl having real problems with Ulead DVD products and TMPGEnc movies.
