    I want to know whats the best media for DVD movies on PS2. Currently , I'm using Princo and it works great on games for PS2. But when i burn DVD movies on Princo and played it on PS2, i regularly see jumping and freezing in the video. The DVD movies look fine on my Panasonic DVD Standalone. I have tried Memorex and I also see freezing and jumping. I have upgrade the PS2 DVD driver to the newest version 2.12 and still have the same problem with DVD-R movies. Can anyone recommend media i should use or is it the program i use?

    PS2 : V5
    PS2 DVD driver : 2.12
    Media : Princo, Memorex
    Authoring : Ulead DVD Workshop
    Burning : Instant DVD

    So basically no one ever got any DVD-R media with movies to work freeze free and jump free on PS2?

    I recommend Ritek Prime. I got good experiences with this media. I don't have PS2 but media report shows it played OK in PS2.

    Accu DVD-R and DVDPro DVD-R both have been perfect for me on my PS2.
