    I could make vcds just fine. the problem is when ever i fast forward the video, the audio doesn't sync in with the video. If you could help me that would be great!

    Is this on your computer or a set top DVD player?

    If it only happens in the DVD player it could be that the DVD player dosen't play VCD's made on CD-R media very well. Try CD-RW's.
