    I downloaded the QTReader.vfp and put it in the TMPGEnc folder and it still wont open MOV files. What am I doing wrong??

    Run TMPGenc, go to Options - Environmental Settings then the VFAPI tab and make sure the Quicktime Movie Reader is there and has 0 or higher priority.
