    Hello all!
    I have been trying to convert an asf to avi/mpg for the longest time and have not had any success......
    The asf file that I have is not complete, and I have heard that in order to use Vdub I should re-index....
    I have no idea what that means and what I would need to do that if anyone could offer some help it would be greatly appreciated!

    Vdub no longer supports asf, but you can still download and old Vdub V1.3c that will support it.

    It should re-index it as it loads, see this site for other programs that fix asf files.
