    well, i
    ve used all the programs on this site to burn an SVCD, but they are all screwed up. i encoded it right, and followed the instructions and still the SVCD is srewed. its always plays in slow motion \...could it be that my dvd doesn't support svcd? its a panasonicdvd-rv31

    I dont know about your model, but with the rv32 svcds bitrate must be kept down to 2250 or less. So it sound like you are running into this problem.

    well, i'm convert it using 1600 bitrate
    when i convert to a xvcd it plays good with 1800
    so i'm guessing its my dvd
