Alright Guys
First of all sorry if this is the wrong forum.
A friend of mine has this player and says it can play VCD's.
Question is this when the VCD is authored with Nero does it have to
be strictly compatible with the CDi application or can this player
do without it?
Can this player play nonstandard VCD's?
Thanks for any info

I already checked the palyer guide and it is the player your link points to
but i needed to know if the player would only support compliant VCD's.
I.E ones authored and burnt with the CDi applicaion on the disk,
MPEG 1 video at 1150kbs with 44khz audio
The reason for this is that I lent my friend a VCD burnt without
the CDi application and it stuttered and playback was jerky.
I was wondering if the disk was burnt in the totally standard format
with the CDi application the the disk, would it then play normally?
