  1. I had encode a bunch of videos using TMPG (earlier version) to VCD-NTSC format before and then burned it into VCD. At the same time, I saved the encoded MPG file on another CD also.

Now (after about 6 months) I realized that I have recorded the video with audio from one channel only. So I take back out the MPG file from the CD and try to encode it again using 'dual channel'. However, as soon as I try to select the file to encode, TMPG (version 2.01.30.116) is telling me that there is 'Illegal floating decimal point calculation order'. When I use the latter TMPG (version 2.54.37.135), it takes it's taking it but actually not. It takes forever to encode a 5 minute video. However, when I use the VCD file and convert it back to MPG, I can do it with either versions. Can someone tell me why it happens. Thanks.
