When I burn my VCD the audio is not insync with the video. I play the file on my PC and its fine. I tried to burn at a slower speed and its still does the same thing. Does anyone have any suggestions. Please help. Thank you. Brad

You are not alone !
Look at the DVD-Player-Forum, Toshiba SD210E:

Sometimes it'll work -
I had the same problem with a stand alone VCD player. When playing NTSC VCD's in NTSC mode, the audio would drift out of sync, but when playing it back in PAL mode, it was OK. It must be something about the mpeg stream and information placed in the stream telling the player how to decode the audio and video correctly.
