  1. I having a problem burning. Everyone say that you can burn 800 mb on an 80 min cdr. Well I tried burning a 738mb mpeg 2 file with vcdeasy. If your familar with vcdeasy the approx cd size goes red and if I burn it,it then won't play in my dvd player. Now a 650 mb file works. What is the problems as I could really use that extra file space to make sure my moves are only 3 discs long.

File sizes are deceiving. What does VCDeasy say the lenght of the cd-image ( or the size of the bin file ) is? It's possible that VCDeasy had to pad the length the MPG to get it into the correct format.

BTW: these posts should be in the VCDeasy forum.

  3. Your MPEG file probably need to be padded and you should never let VCDEasy / VCDImager do this as it won't turn out well.

This is what causes the file to be "bloated".

If your file needs to be padded by VCDEasy / VCDImager, it means that it wasn't multiplexed correct for S/VCD in the first place. I suggest that you remultiplex your file with bbMPEG.
