I created 6 chapters in Sruce on the second menu which look fine, but when I simulate and click the Select Chapters button on the main menu it goes to the second menu with the chapers and all the chapter pics have a blue mask over them, anyone know of a fix for this?
    Thanks

Try linking your buttons to the particular chapter. If properly set, your chapter "screen shots" should appear in the thumbnails.

When I started I had the exact same problem, but there is a very simple solution. Which ever menus are blue simply open that menu up in Microsoft Paint or whatever image software you have. Most likely the menu will be a.bmp file so just save it as a .jpg file. Make sure you give it a different name or SpruceUP will keep the same properties as the original menu. In SpruceUp drag it right over the blue menu and that is it. All of your links will remain the same and it won't be blue anymore.

Me gonna try that in a little bit. I just got done trying to link from main menu to one of the pics on the second menu and it didn't work. I have my DVD authoring on a second hard drive with Win2000 and I'm on the first hard(win98) drive now for Internet, I have dual boot so off to Win2000.

    Thanks Much

You know what? The Menu isn't blue it's the chapter pics in the second menu that are blue. I have six chapters in the menu and each chapter has a pic to show where it's going in the DVD. These six chapter pics are blue in the simulation. I do not know where Spruce stores these pics for the chapters,

s0cmbark, you were right, I figured it out after thinking about it a minute. I changed the menu background to jpg and used it and then all the screen shots in that menu are clear and no blue.
    Thanks much
