  1. This is a 2 part question.

Questions #1: I have always had a problem playing MPEG2 files on Windows XP with Windows Media Player. It will not go full screen properly and kind scrunches the file a bit. Distorting it slightly. Has anybody had this problem? I have been using WinDVD because of this issue, and it works great. MPEG2 files play great in Windows Media Player when running on Windows 9X platforms. Just wondering why this is.

Question #2: Now I have one particular Movie that is cut into 3 parts of 800mb each. When playing it through WinDVD on Windows XP, each File crashes at the very end. I get a bunch of Debug errors and then then WinDVD shuts down. Normally I can list all 3 files in WinDVD and it will play all the way through. I wanted to record these files onto VHS, (Since my current DVD player doesnt support VCD), but each file crashes. I dont want that recorded. Otherwise the quality of the file is excellent, and the majority of it plays without flaws. Just at the very end. Can anybody recommend a MPEG Fixer that may fix a problem like this.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you.
