  1. I just converted a *.avi file to *.mpeg file, so i presume it is a vcd file already.
    What do i do to stop nero from encoding it, since i have converted it.

  2. the reason nero wants to convert the file, is because when you encoded it in tmpgenc , you forgot to change the vcd templates which are in >Load >Templates > VideoCD Pal (or NTSC ). If you dont load a template tmpgenc encodes in mpeg1 by default. Don't ask me what the difference is , maybe someone else could help on that one.
    Eh!.......don't know why it's doing that, it worked perfectly well on my system !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
