Is there anyway to further reduce the pixelisation on scenes with fast action on SVCDs created with TMPGEnc 12?
I have used high qulaity encoding on TOPGUN and there are some noticeable pixelisations during the scenes where camera pans fast or lots of movement on screen eg. when there is a lot of water in the scene.
