I've recently purchased a Pioneer AO4 DVR and am having trouble authoring DVDs from material taken on my Sony DV Camera.
I'm using Adobe Premiere V6 for the editing, Ulead DVD Movie Factory for the authoring.
I've used the built in MPEG2 encoder with DVD Movie Factory and also tried TMPGEnc as well for the AVI to Mpeg conversion. Both give the same results.
When I play the DVD back on my PC all seems fine. However, when I play it back on my standalone Yelo 800 the DVD plays ok but the picture and audio breakup together, periodically. This occurs at the same places every time with a DVD created from the same Mpeg. Re-encoding from the source AVI means that the breakup occurs in different places.
For info the original AVI is converted from the Premiere output using the Canopus DV converter so that Ulead and TMPG can readit properly. The file is around 19GB.
Any suggestions would be greatfully received.
