I need to kno how to make a template, simple as that just some instructions on how to change it, i use TMPGE

To modify a standard template - you just need to load the 'unlock.mcf' template (after loading the one you want to modify) from within the tempgenc '..\template\extra' directory. Then save it as anything you like back into the template directory.
