LG 4210 CDR problems with VCD

I've made a VCD on a CDR and it won't play on my LG 4210. (I have entered the hack successfully).

It also won't play audio CDRs (TDK, BASF, Memorex or Philips) or an HP CDRW.

An article I read on the main website indicated that the player would play VCDs: but will it only play 'pre-recorded' VCDs, or is there a brand of CDRs that will work (I live in th UK)?

If not, is there a brand of player I could buy that would play 'home-made' VCDs (not too expensive!)?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

How do you actually play CDr´s on this player.
I have an LG 4020N player and it cant load any kind of CDr or CDRW
What hack are you talking about??
