    Hey, i want to make a VCD that's encoded with ac3. I use Adobe Premiere to make a video and was wondering if there was anyway to encode the audio to 5.1 surround sound. If there is can you help me out?

    Nope
    VCD's use MPEG1 audio which only supports 2 channel audio
