    Hello-
    I was wondering does anyone know a program that I can descramble Cable NTSC TV with a capture card?
    I seek a program that descramble analog or even digital cable premium movie channels.
    Also; if you have tested it with a certain card let me know what one.

    I am major need of a program to descramble cable...

    try exotv.de, and a google search for ntsc or pal descrambling proggies...
