  1. Hello again!

I had a problem before with the quality of my VCD. The colors looked awful when i encoded my videos by using Nero.
Anyway, that's not my problem now. Someone has told me to Encode the videos by using TMPGenc so i can get a better quality.....
OK....i did....but....i use Nero to bun my VCD files...so if i choose in Nero... "burn as Video-CD".....Nero will Encode the same file i encoded by TMPGenc. the question is...what if Nero encoded the video file i encoded by TMPGenc..will it effect on the quality again???
There's no way i can burn a VCD with nero without encoding it....even if i encode it first with TMPGenc to get a better quality, Nero will encode it again to burn it on the CD....so the video file will be ENCODED TWO TIMES...will nero effect on the quality of the video by encodig the file again after i encoded it by TMPGenc???
    Please help me out.
    Thanx...Bye

Dont use Nero, is it the new version 5.90 or something, i dont think it lets you turn standard compliance off.

Use VCD Easy turn burn your Mpeg files, if you encode in Tmpeg then let Nero re-encode then you have wasted your time and your quality, all you will end up with is the same quality as if you never used Tmpeg, look for a guide on how to use VCD Easy and use that its more advanced than Nero and its free, which is a good thing.
